Corium products are made to order for your client, so the policy is simple: blank, unbranded items can come back; anything debossed with a logo or personalized cannot.

The details

Blank Items

Unused, unbranded items may be returned in their original packaging for a refund. A 15% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations

Cancellation of an unshipped order incurs a 15% restocking fee. Once production has started on a debossed order it cannot be cancelled.

Personalized Items

Personalized items are classified as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Custom Logo & Monograms

Any product that has been monogrammed or debossed with a custom logo cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are non-returnable.
