General

No. We only sell to Distributors. Please contact your local ASI or PPAI distributor to start the order process.

We sell unbranded samples at EQP. Samples are non-returnable. Branded samples are EQP plus tooling/setup $100(v). Shipping is not included.

Tooling and Setup is: $100(V)
Repeat Order Setup is: $31.25(V)

Ordering and Shipping

We typically ship via UPS or can use your 3rd-party UPS account. We can also ship via your 3rd-party FedEx account - just let us know, and we will handle the pickup arrangements on our end.

Each order will be quoted depending on the quantity and current production. Most items can be sent within 10 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email

Cancellation of unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee. We also accept returns for blank items and could issue a refund. The client is responsible for covering the shipping costs, and we also require a 15% restocking fee.

All items are bulk-packed. If you would like individual packaging solutions, please contact us for a quote.

Payment

An invoice will be sent to you upon receiving your purchase order. These are due on receipt to begin production.
Clients with credit checks and underwriting on file, will have negotiated credit terms.
