How to Order from Corium on ESP, SAGE and DistributorCentral

Corium is a distributor-only leather goods supplier to the promotional products industry. We are listed as ASI 46669, PPAI 751910 and SAGE 52340, and our line is searchable on ESP, SAGE and DistributorCentral. We do not sell to the general public or to end buyers; every order comes through a distributor, and every piece is made in our own factory in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This page walks through how an order works from first quote to shipped goods, so you can set expectations with your client before you present the line.

Find Corium in your research platform

• ESP (ASI): search supplier ASI 46669, or search "Corium" in the supplier field. Product listings carry our pricing tiers, imprint areas and lead times.
• SAGE: supplier SAGE 52340. Our full line is listed with the same product codes you will see on this site.
• DistributorCentral: search Corium under suppliers to pull our catalog into your presentations.

If a listing looks out of date or a product you see here is missing from your platform, email sales@coriumusa.com and we will send current pricing the same day. The ordering steps

1. Pick the product and color. Browse by product type (coasters, key fobs, desk mats, luggage tags and passport wallets, and so on) or by program on the full line. Standard leather colors are Black, Chocolate, Copper, Navy, Red Maple and Emerald Green; canvas pieces come in Black, Natural, Pine and Navy.
2. Send artwork and quantity. Email a vector logo (.ai, .eps or .svg) with the quantity, color and in-hands date to sales@coriumusa.com, or use the contact form. For personalization, send a list of names or initials instead of, or in addition to, a logo.
3. Approve the mockup. We return a quote and a virtual proof showing logo size and placement on the piece. Each product page has an artwork template with the imprint area so you can pre-check fit before you send.
4. Send your purchase order. On receipt of your PO we issue an invoice. Invoices are due on receipt to begin production; distributors with a credit check and underwriting on file have negotiated credit terms.
5. Production and shipping. Most items ship within 10 business days of approval. You receive a tracking number by email when the order leaves Minneapolis.

Minimums and price breaks

The minimum order is 24 pieces per item. Pricing breaks at 24–99, 100–249, 250–499 and 500+ units. Orders above 500 units are quoted individually, and we regularly run programs in the thousands. The product pages on this site show the same tiers you will find on ESP and SAGE.

Setup, tooling and decoration charges

• Tooling and setup: $100(V) per logo. This covers the custom die that presses your client's logo into the leather.
• Repeat order setup: $31.25(V). We keep the die, so re-orders are cheaper to set up.
• Decoration: a natural blind deboss is standard. Gold and silver foil deboss are available on many items. See the debossing guide for the difference.
• Personalization: individual names or initials can be stamped on many items; ask for pricing on the piece you have in mind.

Sample policy

Unbranded samples are sold to distributors at EQP and are non-returnable. Branded samples are EQP plus the $100(V) tooling and setup charge. Shipping is not included on samples. Request samples through the contact form with your ASI, PPAI or SAGE number.

Artwork requirements

We need vector artwork: .ai, .eps or .svg. Pixel-based files (.jpg, .png, most .pdf exports and most Canva exports) cannot be cut into a die cleanly and will be sent back for a vector version. Fine lines, small type and gradients do not reproduce in leather; our team will flag anything that needs simplifying before the die is cut. Full detail is in Vector Files 101.

Turnaround and Quick Ship

Standard production is quoted on each order depending on quantity and current production, and most items ship within 10 business days. Our Quick Ship collection covers the most-requested items for tight in-hands dates. To qualify for Quick Ship, logo artwork must be received by 8:00 AM CST, and edge stitching is not available on Quick Ship products.

Shipping, drop shipping and packaging

We ship FedEx from Minneapolis. Blind drop shipping is available for every distributor order: we ship directly to your client with no Corium pricing, marketing material or supplier information in the box, so the relationship stays yours. All items are bulk-packed by default; a branded gift box and other individual packaging solutions are quoted on request.

Cancellations and returns

Cancellation of an unshipped order carries a 15% restocking fee. Returns are accepted on blank (undecorated) items only, with a 15% restocking fee; the client covers return shipping.

Custom products and events

If the catalog does not have what your client needs, our custom manufacturing team prototypes in Minneapolis and builds to program scale. For activations, on-site live stamping brings the press to the event so guests personalize their piece in front of them.
